He was a proud graduate of cosmetology school, where he found fulfillment in bringing beauty and happiness to others. His artistic spirit extended beyond the salon; he was known for his remarkable ability to build with Legos and create memorable moments in the kitchen. Cooking brought him immense joy, especially savoring the New England Clam Chowder prepared by his son, Jason.

### Personal Life and Hobbies

Matthew enjoyed a variety of activities that enriched his life. He was an avid adventurer, enjoying boating and golfing, often cheering on his favorite team, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He was also a dedicated gamer, immersing himself in the world of Destiny, where he formed friendships that enriched his life. A warm summer storm or a delicious meal created fond memories, as he adored thunderstorms and cherished time spent camping during his youth.

### Family and Legacy

Family meant everything to Matthew. He is survived by his devoted wife, Nga Le; children: Jason Luu, Sebastian Freeman, John Luu, and Christian Freeman. Matthew was fortunate to share life’s precious moments with his father, Terence Freeman; and his loving siblings: Chris (Elisa) Hayes, Trista Goodson, and Hope Goodson.
