Coaching Career Overview
Patrick Graham began his NFL coaching career with the New England Patriots, serving in various roles from 2009 to 2015, including coaching assistant, defensive assistant, and linebackers coach.
He then moved on to the Green Bay Packers (2018), where he served as the inside linebackers coach and run game coordinator.
In 2019, Graham became the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins, and from 2020 to 2021, he held the same position with the New York Giants.
In 2022, he joined the Las Vegas Raiders as their defensive coordinator, a position he has maintained through coaching changes, including the transition to head coach Pete Carroll in 2025.
