**Early Life and High School Achievements**

Jordy Bahl hails from Papillion, Nebraska, where she attended Papillion-La Vista High School. During her high school career, she led her team to three consecutive Class A state titles and earned All-State honors throughout all four years. In her senior year, Bahl posted an impressive 27–0 record with a 0.10 ERA, surrendering just 27 hits and 15 walks in 137 innings pitched, while striking out 316 batters. Offensively, she batted .510 with 20 home runs and 55 RBIs.

**Collegiate Career at Oklahoma**

Bahl began her collegiate career at the University of Oklahoma, where she made an immediate impact. In her freshman season (2022), she appeared in 33 games, starting 24, and finished with a 22–1 record. She led the Sooners with 141.1 innings pitched, 33 appearances, and 205 strikeouts. Her performance earned her unanimous first-team All-Big 12 selection, Big 12 Freshman of the Year, and Co-Big 12 Pitcher of the Year honors. Additionally, she was named a first-team All-American and the NFCA National Freshman of the Year.

In her sophomore season (2023), Bahl continued to excel, posting a 22–1 record with four saves. She achieved a 0.70 ERA in 18 conference games, giving up just four runs. Her seven conference wins were the most of any pitcher, and her opposing batting average of .130 in Big 12 games was the lowest of any league pitcher. During the Women’s College World Series, Bahl posted a 4–0 record with one save in scoreless innings and was named the Women’s College World Series Most Outstanding Player.

**Transfer to Nebraska and Recent Achievements**

In June 2023, Bahl announced her transfer to the University of Nebraska. She made her debut for the Cornhuskers on February 8, 2024, against Washington. Unfortunately, she suffered a season-ending ACL injury during the game. Despite this setback, Bahl’s potential remained evident, and she was recognized as a preseason top-10 player by Softball America in January 2025.
