Alex Bregman is now officially a free agent.
The Astros are in an EXCLUSIVE WINDOW to negotiate with him until 4 PM Nov. 4th.
It is unlikely they get a deal done in that window.
Once Nov. 4 hits, Bregman and his agent Scott Boras can negotiate with the 29 other teams.
